Are Band banqueting chairs guaranteed?

Yes. We are confident of the quality of our banquet chairs so we are happy to guarantee our chairs for three years against manufacturing faults.

We have been making these banquet chairs since the early 1990s and our customers are still using many of the original chairs… bad news for our sales team but great for our customers!

If a banquet chair is delivered broken, we will replace it.

Instances of complaint are extremely rare but each one is given top priority as we are jealous of our reputation for standing by our product. In 2008 we replaced 150 chairs for Bond Marquees after over 50 hires; a couple of years earlier we replaced 200 chairs for Hatch Marquees because some of the chairs were showing hairline cracks after a year. The last time we have been asked to take back any banquet chairs was a few years earlier- 160 chairs from Marquee Leisure in Sutton Coldfield. Such complaints are rare and represent a tiny fraction of our sales.
