Are Band chairs guaranteed?

Yes, Band guarantees its chairs for a year under normal condition - if a chair is delivered broken, we will replace it.

We have been making these chairs for the past 15 years and our  customers are still using many of the original chairs... bad news for us but great for our customers!

Instances of complaint are extremely rare but each one is given top priority as we are jealous of our reputation for standing by our product!

In 2007, we replaced 200 chairs for Hatch Marquees in Devon because some of the chairs were showing hairline cracks after a year.

The last time we had been asked to takeback any chairs was a couple of years earlier- 160 chairs from  Marquee Leisure in Sutton Coldfield.

Such complaints are rare and represent a tiny fraction of our sales.
